Qualifications

• 2+ years of web protocols, attacks, and remediation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities and remediation techniques, including penetration testing.
• Experience writing code or scripts to solve problems.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee incident response operations.
• Become a deep technical resource earning customer trust before, during, and after a security event.
• Collaborate with Amazonians, partners, and customers to build threat detection and incident response capabilities.
• Design, build, and deploy solutions to automate security operations and incident response on AWS.
• Contribute to internal builder projects to develop new consulting engagement models and capabilities.
• Develop high‑quality content like automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers.
• Innovate on behalf of customers by translating thoughts into actionable results.
• Mentor and invest in consultants, partners, and customers to raise the bar.
• On‑call required.
