Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to define and implement security standards across cloud environments. You will work with DevOps teams to develop automation for secure CI/CD and support provisioning of secure cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT security or DevOps, strong knowledge of security concepts, and experience with GCP, AWS, and Azure. The role is hybrid, based in the United States with regional office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Five or more years of information technology experience in security or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts (SAST, DAST, RBAC, least privilege, secrets management).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of security processes into cloud environments.
• Provide cloud configuration and deployment expertise for secure CI/CD.
• Analyze cloud platform vulnerabilities and guide remediation.
• Write and maintain secure provisioning and deployment solutions.
• Coordinate external security assessments and risk analyses.
