Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer (DevOps) to design and maintain security in a cloud CI/CD environment in Westminster or Longmont, CO. This role requires U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET clearance with potential Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

You will work to design secure deployments, troubleshoot security-related issues, and collaborate closely with development teams to implement robust security controls and monitoring.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with SECRET clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI access after award.
• CompTIA Security+ or DoDD 8140 certification.
• 5 years of DevOps, software, or infrastructure engineering experience; degree may be substituted with 4 additional years.
• Cloud service experience; familiarity with open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security applications/services in a cloud-based CI/CD environment.
• Troubleshoot network, pipeline, and infrastructure issues related to security services.
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration of security tools.
• Build security monitoring, alerting, and metrics from logs and data collectors.
• Provide collaboration between security-focused and development-focused teams.
• Provide configuration and vulnerability management support for production apps and custom code.
