Vantor is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer (DevOps) to own security tooling in a cloud-based CI/CD setup in Westminster or Longmont, CO. You will work with the DevOps and Information Assurance teams to ensure security is designed in from the start and maintained throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration across security and development, with opportunities to grow in both DevOps and information security skills in a mission-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active SECRET clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in DevOps, software, or infra engineering; 4 additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with cloud services and open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security applications/services in a cloud CI/CD environment.
• Troubleshoot network, pipeline, and infrastructure issues related to security services.
• Build and monitor configuration of security tools.
• Provide security monitoring, alerting, and metrics from log data.
• Coordinate between security and development teams.
• Support production apps and code with vulnerability management.
