Job summary

Strata is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Security team. You will help ensure the right security measures are in place, advance the Zero Trust program, and improve tooling across on‑premises and cloud.

You will manage configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle of security systems, deploy SIEM/EDR/XDR/IAM tools, automate operations to boost efficiency, and collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to move fast securely.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of security experience across enterprise environments.
• Certifications such as CCIE, CCSE, GIAC or equivalent.
• Experience with scripting and Terraform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Zero Trust program and policy alignment.
• Lead deployment and optimization of security tools including SIEM, EDR, XDR, IAM and cloud security solutions.
• Automate security operations to improve efficiency and reduce alert fatigue.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps and business teams to embed security across the organization.
• Communicate complex security concepts to all levels of management.
