Job summary

Kaizen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled cloud platform professional in Phoenix to manage Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud deployments, with hands-on work in Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow. The role covers security patching, IAM, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes.

You will contribute to hybrid network operations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation, collaborating with teams across GCP and AWS to ensure reliable production support and optimized

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
• CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines experience.
• Strong ITIL approach to Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.

Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.

CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.

Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
