Job summary

Kaizen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled cloud platform professional in Phoenix to manage Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud deployments, with hands-on work in Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow. The role covers security patching, IAM, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines experience.
Strong ITIL approach to Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
