Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Admin to manage OCI, OIC, OAC, and IDCS deployments. The role emphasizes observability with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow for ITSM and incident management.

Responsibilities include secure networking, IAM policy design, patching, CI/CD automation, and ITIL-aligned change management. The position requires hands-on cloud administration expertise in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OCI, OIC, OAC and IDCS.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow for ITSM and observability.
• Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and script automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate OCI-based cloud platform components and integrations.
• Leverage observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk) and ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Design and implement secure networking and IAM policies; monitor security patches.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for deployments.
• Apply ITIL practices to incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.
• Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
• CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation.
• Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
