Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking a Cloud Production Support Engineer in Phoenix to manage the cloud production stack and ensure service reliability onsite with hybrid work options. You will work with OCI, OIC, OAC and IDCS, monitor with Dynatrace and Splunk, and coordinate ITSM activities through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
• Hands-on with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management.
• Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and script automation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Familiarity with Oracle products, GCP and AWS.
