Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of System and Software Development Engineers who create software-based solutions to bridge gaps in Data Center operations.

You will drive roadmaps, design decisions, and oversee the lifecycle from development to deployment with a focus on availability and reliability. A successful candidate will be hands-on, with a strong technical background, talent development skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 3+ years' engineering team management experience.
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
• 4+ years of technical leadership and project management across SDLC.
• 1+ years developing large-scale distributed systems in Java/C#/C++.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Manage design/development of new software solutions including reviews, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Lead team standards for operational excellence and resiliency.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain project roadmaps.
• Build relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to meet needs.
• Analyze issues, contribute technically, and drive product delivery.
• Hands-on development leadership for the team.
• Mentor and grow engineers; train on best practices and operational excellence.
