Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Product Delivery professional to support the lifecycle of a core platform and related systems. You will architect, design and develop solutions, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality through testing, release and change management.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both on-site and remotely, to meet business goals and drive customer success. The role requires strong communication, Agile expertise, middleware knowledge, and prior experience leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5–8 years in product development, or 9–12 years equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of middleware business practices and processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams.
• Experience managing software support contracts.
• Ability to build relationships with team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with other product team members to determine how to achieve goals from business needs.
• Deliver application/infrastructure solutions by planning, analyzing requirements, designing and building software.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business partners and stakeholders; manage scope.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to support effortless customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain technical capabilities within supporting discipline.
• Review estimates to ensure time, cost and design meet business needs.
• Participate in strategic product planning meetings for risk and cost/benefit insight.
