This hands-on leadership role drives automation, AI-enabled operations, and scalable support practices, partnering with infrastructure, engineering, and security teams to ensure secure, cost-optimized cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in cloud or infrastructure operations, including AWS/Azure
• 2–4+ years of leadership in a technical ops setting
• Hands-on with Terraform and automation tooling
• Experience in hybrid or edge compute environments
• Familiarity with AI-enabled operations and security basics

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cloud Platform Operations Engineers
• Oversee incident response and root-cause analysis
• Drive automation and IaC via Terraform/CloudFormation
• Optimize platform performance, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams on secure, scalable ops
