Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience supporting cloud or infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-based platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in resolving infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support AWS infrastructure and services.
• Respond to and resolve Tier II/III incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex issues.
