Lids Sports Group in Indianapolis seeks a Cloud Platform Manager to lead enterprise cloud operations across Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will manage the CloudOps team, establish platform standards, partner with Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders, and drive modernization while preserving stability.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong Azure experience and a track record of building high-performing technical teams in a retail

Qualifications

3–5 years leading cloud infrastructure teams.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Strong Azure governance and Landing Zones knowledge.
Coaching and performance development of team members.
Experience with cloud cost management and budgets.

Responsibilities

Define and execute cloud platform plans aligned with technology roadmap and business objectives.
Lead CloudOps team, including hiring, coaching, and career progression.
Own health, availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of Azure environments.
Oversee governance, security, compliance, and vendor relationships.
Provide executive reporting on service health, costs, risks, and improvement plans.
