Job summary

White & Case seeks an Operations Engineer to administer and operate global infra, focusing on automation and cloud platforms across Azure and third-party tools. You will troubleshoot automation, rotate credentials, and manage governance while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

2-5 years' experience in operations engineering, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment are essential. Location: Tampa, FL, on-site role with potential travel.

Qualifications

2-5 years’ experience in an Operations Engineer environment.
Strong understanding of application and infrastructure design and conceptual thinking.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-cultural teams, managing expectations and communications.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide cloud administration and engineering support across core platforms (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab, GitHub, Wiz, New Relic, SolarWinds, Terraform).
Troubleshoot failed automation runs, identify root causes, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
Maintain Azure resources and perform recurring hygiene tasks (secret rotation, resource cleanup, governance).
Monitor emerging cloud technologies and collaborate with specialists to minimize operational interruptions.
