Job summary

White & Case LLP seeks a Senior Engineer, Applications Systems to design, build, and support enterprise systems globally. You will lead deployments, manage Windows and Linux servers, and handle databases with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating with security, networking and development teams.

Independent work, cross-functional leadership, and on-call duties are essential, along with creating runbooks and technical docs, and guiding AI-enabled integration with regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Extensive hands-on experience across Windows and Linux server environments.
• Proven experience with Windows Server and Linux administration, databases and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud configurations and security tooling (Akamai, CyberArk, CrowdStrike).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, administer and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Design, build and optimize Linux environments and scripting for automation.
• Manage and support SQL Server, MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Own deployment and lifecycle management for enterprise applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and IaC.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud resources (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Develop integration solutions using Python, Boomi, and Integration Builder.
• Provide on-call support and incident management with root-cause analysis.
