Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Manager to lead the design, implementation, and observability of our cloud platforms. You will head cloud engineering and SRE teams to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using IaC, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and other modern tools.

You will mentor engineers, set KPIs, optimize cloud spend, and champion automation, incident response, and high availability.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of cloud engineering teams with cloud platform ownership.
Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and monitoring/observability stacks.
Solid understanding of security, reliability, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
Excellent communication across partner teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support cross‑team initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the cloud platform for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into solutions and ensure delivery of cloud projects.
Plan and staff cloud engineering capacity to meet current and future needs.
