Job summary

Wayve in Sunnyvale is seeking an Engineering Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, to lead a seasoned Platform Engineering team. This group owns our multi-cloud foundation that every other engineering team builds on, and you’ll shape how we scale it while keeping quality, cost, and security front and center.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years managing software or DevOps teams.
• Experience balancing project work with operational load.
• Strong roadmap planning and cross-team alignment.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Platform Engineering team with visibility across the engineering org.
• Own the multi-cloud foundation and drive the technical roadmap.
• Ensure cost visibility and efficiency as cloud usage scales.
• Partner with Security on governance, access, and compliance.
• Balance resourcing with business needs and capacity.
• Drive lean processes and maintain prioritization.
• Hire and grow the team and pitch investments to leadership.
• Contribute to day-to-day software operations and collaboration.
