Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to lead IaC initiatives, automate infrastructure, and design secure cloud architectures on AWS. You will mentor teammates, build scalable pipelines, and ensure compliance with security standards while delivering high‑impact solutions for multiple clients.

Candidate should have 8+ years of cloud automation experience, strong Python or Shell skills, and a track record in Kubernetes, service mesh, and GitOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years industry experience with 2+ years in AVP level or equivalent.
• 10-15 years in cloud automation and infrastructure development preferred.
• 8+ years AWS security & networking experience.
• Mastery of Terraform with hands‑on implementation.
• 6+ years building GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD/FluxCD) & automation.
• Kubernetes + service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) experience.
• Proficient in Python or Shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and FluxCD.
• Architect cloud solutions with security aligned to AWS Well‑Architected and standards.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders on design decisions.
• Ensure scalable, observable, and secure cloud platforms for multiple customers.
• Drive IaC strategy and implementation across products with varying maturity.
