Job summary

Huxley is hiring a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical, 24/7 systems in the United States. This role emphasizes hands-on ownership of infrastructure, reliability, and collaboration with production software teams.

Qualifications

Production-grade cloud infrastructure experience.
Strong AWS and Kubernetes expertise.
IaC with Terraform/Helm and CI/CD automation experience.
Observability/monitoring experience with Grafana/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in production environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized services.
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Helm.
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for safe, frequent deployments.
Enhance system observability through monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve overall platform resilience.
Automate operational processes and reduce manual overhead.
Partner closely with software engineers to deploy and support mission-critical applications.
Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term platform strategy.
