Gallagher Animal Management in Kansas City seeks a seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join the eShepherd R&D team. You will collaborate with Melbourne and Hamilton engineers, providing North America leadership in cloud architecture, deployment, and reliability.

You will own monitoring, scaling, and incident response, ensuring data integrity and fast recovery across regions. Strong communication across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience running production cloud infrastructure at scale on AWS (RDS, ECS, EKS).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident response and IaC with Terraform.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and data residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure for scale and reliability.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting and incident response processes.
• Lead multi-region deployments and capacity planning for growth.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for rapid deployment.
