Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Developer to join its Global Cloud and Development Platform team, with work across Seattle, WA and multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead the design, reliability, and scalable operations of the GCP Cloud environment, balancing performance, cost, and security. You will collaborate with distributed teams, implement IaC, automation, and monitoring, and contribute to the platform by deploying secure, compliant infrastructure and critical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient cloud-hosted platform meeting SLAs and supporting releases.
• Operate with GCP, AWS/Azure services in deployments.
• Use Terraform/Ansible for secure, compliant infrastructure deployment and management.
• Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot, automate, and influence architecture.
• Coordinate with Cloud/Engineering teams to build, monitor, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and tune cloud-based tools, manage cost, security, and compliance of Boeing Cloud.
• Design, build, and maintain environment-specific alerts and dashboards using Google Cloud Monitoring.
• Monitor site stability and performance, including incident management and post-mortem analysis.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
