Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Platform Cloud Engineer to operate and enhance customer-facing cloud software globally. The role blends production support, platform reliability, cloud operations, and software development with .NET and C#.

You will troubleshoot production issues, improve observability, contribute to AWS and CI/CD initiatives, and collaborate with distributed teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS-based applications and infrastructure.
• IaC tooling such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and modern delivery practices.
• Proficiency with .NET and C# for cloud platform work.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and maintain production SaaS applications.
• Investigate and resolve production, infrastructure, and customer issues.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Improve monitoring, observability, and reliability.
• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform automation.
• Develop and maintain software using .NET and C#; deliver improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers across a global organization.
