Job summary

Technical Integrity, LLC in Boulder, CO is seeking a Mid-Level Platform Software Engineer focused on backend infrastructure and cloud automation. You will design automated CI/CD pipelines, optimize distributed cloud environments, and establish yourself as an infrastructure and backend automation expert within the department.

You will collaborate across teams to translate data streaming requirements into scalable cloud solutions, participate in thorough code reviews, and join a rotating standby

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical systems field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on software development depth with cloud orchestration and automation.
• Strong backend development skills with Python, shell scripting, or systems languages like Rust/C++.
• Solid experience managing production workloads across AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), containerized environments, and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade backend applications, services, and RESTful APIs for performance and reliability.
• Use AWS CDK and IaC to deploy repeatable, auditable cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment across environments.
• Embed observability, metrics, and alerting to enable automated recovery and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to translate data streaming requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality, security, and controls.
• Join rotating standby to support platform health during real-time workflows.
