Ryan in Denver seeks a senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem, IDP, and secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will blend software development with cloud infrastructure and automation to help teams build, test, and deploy faster and more reliably.

You will shape scalable cloud architectures, self‑service tooling, and pipeline templates, partner with engineering and security teams, and advance DevSecOps practices with

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools and modern delivery practices.
• Strong development in Java or Node.js environments.
• Deep AWS and/or Azure experience including networking and serverless.
• Terraform and IaC proficiency.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security-conscious software delivery and DevSecOps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Champion automation-first DevOps culture.
• Architect and implement Internal Developer Portal (IDP).
• Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js applications.
• Build deployment workflows across AWS and Azure.
• Integrate security scanning and quality gates.
• Lead PoCs for new tools and processes.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with security and operations teams.
