Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Delivery Manager within Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) supporting SRE teams.

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, manage dependencies, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive efficiencies to enable timely, high-quality implementations for customers. You will work with GCP and AWS at enterprise scale, participate in roadmap and quarterly planning, and apply data-driven approaches to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain
• Strong understanding of delivery and continuous improvement processes
• Experience with product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS at enterprise scale
• Domain knowledge in Infrastructure or Technology Platforms
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and reporting
• Manages timelines, blockers, resourcing, and stakeholder liaison
• Defines the product component roadmap and backlog
• Refines requirements with customers and internal stakeholders
• Participates in quarterly planning with engineering teams
• Refines feature requests with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Leads data-driven innovation to optimize the delivery lifecycle

As a Product Delivery Manager in Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) supporting the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog
• Liaises with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities and provide feedback on delivery timelines
• Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams
• Refines features requests in collaboration with engineering and collaborates
• Leads data driven innovation to optimize end to end delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
• Experience with Public Cloud Providers & capabilities at an Enterprise Scale - Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS experience required
• Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Previous team management experience
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
