Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within Cloud Foundational Services to shape the way products are delivered to customers. You will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders across the cloud capability ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
Effective communication and team building skills.
Understanding of Public Cloud Providers and Capabilities (GCP, AWS & Azure)

Responsibilities

Leads end-to-end delivery including intake, dependencies, release management, and performance reporting.
Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog.
Liaises with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements and priorities.
Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams.
Owns the refinement of feature requests with engineering and partners.
Manages timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, and coordinates resources.
