Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 2 in the USA to drive end-to-end project delivery within the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit. You will define objectives, align with stakeholders, and guide teams through complex transformations leveraging hybrid delivery methods.

Role emphasizes strong client relationships, risk mitigation, and budget-aware planning. Travel up to 10% and relocation may be required to support global delivery efforts. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates for alignment and transparency.
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.
