Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology programs in retail domain.
• Strong experience with POS deployment (GK/Verifone preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise updates.
• Own and maintain rollout schedules with milestones.
• Coordinate across product, business, and QA teams.
• Support cutover and go-live activities in regulated environments.
• Document retrospective actions and run client/vendor meetings.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization.
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions.
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Perform specialized research on third‑party products, providing in‑depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability.
