Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate enterprise cloud strategy into actionable execution. You will lead a team of systems, network, and identity engineers, ensuring platform health, security posture, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in cloud infrastructure, systems or network engineering; 2+ years in lead/manager role.
Hands-on Azure expertise: compute, storage, networking, identity, cost mgmt.
Experience managing identity and access environments including Okta.
Experience with server/virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and data center ops.
Knowledge of network principles and Zero Trust integration.
Proven DR/BC execution in HIPAA-regulated env.

Responsibilities

Execute and align cloud strategy across Azure-centric and multi-cloud environments.
Own day-to-day Azure operations with platform health and SLA accountability.
Lead FinOps: monitor spend, tagging, cost allocation, optimization, reporting.
Oversee SaaS portfolio governance and secure integrations.
Drive automation to reduce manual toil and speed delivery.
Lead a team of 6–7 engineers across systems, network, and identity.
Maintain ITSM cadences: incident, change, problem, capacity.
