Mosaic Health is seeking a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate enterprise cloud strategy into disciplined execution. You will lead a team of engineers across cloud, identity, and network disciplines, ensuring platform health, security posture, and cost controls align with HIPAA governance.

Reporting to the Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions, you will drive automation, enforce standards, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, systems or network engineering; 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment; familiarity with HITRUST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Translate cloud strategy into day‑to‑day execution and lead a six‑to‑seven person team.
• Own Azure operations, cost governance, and security posture; drive FinOps and SLAs.
• Oversee IAM, Okta, and identity hygiene; ensure zero-trust alignment and governance.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure robust, compliant platform health.
