Job summary

Mosaic Health, LLC. is seeking a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate enterprise cloud strategy into day-to-day execution. You will lead a six-to-seven engineer team across systems, network, and identity, owning Azure operations, FinOps and IAM governance to ensure HIPAA-aligned security and cost efficiency.

You will partner with the Director to drive platform health, automate delivery, and coordinate with network and security teams in a remote-capable, HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years cloud infrastructure, 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, and cost management.
• Experience with Okta IAM and enterprise IAM/PAM.
• VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS storage, data center ops.
• HIPAA-regulated environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise cloud strategy (Azure-primary, multi-cloud) across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hybrid environments.
• Own day-to-day Azure operations with platform health and SLA adherence.
• Lead FinOps: monitor spend, tagging, cost allocation, optimization targets.
• Oversee SaaS portfolio operations and secure integrations.
• Drive automation to reduce toil and improve delivery.
• Manage server, storage, and virtualization environments; ensure capacity and resilience.
• Oversee endpoint and profile engineering, including Okta admin and IAM hygiene.
• Lead DR/BC testing; maintain runbooks and HIPAA contingency docs.
• Collaborate with network engineers for integration with WAN/LAN and Zero Trust.
• Oversee IAM provisioning/deprovisioning and privileged access management.
• Govern Okta: SSO, MFA, lifecycle management; align with Zero Trust.
• Lead a six-to-seven engineer team; establish ITSM cadences and monitoring standards.
• Communicate platform status and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
