Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise architecting distributed systems on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, performance, and scalability of the Node.js platform on AWS.
• Mentor senior engineers and partner with product and engineering leadership.
• Manage a team of 10-15 developers: goals, 1:1s, hiring, blockers.
• Balance roadmap delivery with engineering health and developer experience.
