Job summary

Flosum is seeking a Salesforce technical architect and engineering manager who can drive development velocity across a team of 10 to 15 engineers building enterprise apps on the Salesforce Platform. This hybrid role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management.

You’ll lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and Node.js services, mentoring engineers and partnering with leadership to deliver quality solutions quickly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering team leadership.
• Strong Salesforce expertise with Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and best practices.
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise solutions and lead architecture decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving velocity in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce Platform and Node.js services.
• Own technical direction of Salesforce applications and partner with leadership to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
• Manage a team of 10 to 15 developers, set goals, conduct 1:1s, grow careers, and hire top engineering talent.
• Balance roadmap delivery with engineering excellence, including code quality, system reliability, platform performance, security, and developer experience.
