Job summary

Djanda in the United States is seeking a Systems Administrator / Cloud Operations Engineer to maintain identity, cloud services, servers and networks for multiple engineering teams. You will own routine administration, patching, monitoring, backup and data-center operations across several sites during consolidation.

The role requires strong AD/Entra ID, M365 configurations, security controls and the ability to provide second-level support, with cross-training to cover the environment as needed.

Qualifications

• Four or more years administering Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure.
• Working command of Entra ID or Active Directory, conditional access and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and enterprise backup.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VPNs.
• Scripting and automation capability - PowerShell at minimum.
• The discipline to document work to a standard someone else can follow.
• The ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to offices and data centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine administration across servers, cloud workloads, storage, backup and patching.
• Operate and maintain the company’s three data centers and consolidation program.
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and escalate effectively.
• Evidence backup restore tests and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Support identity and hybrid identity, including Entra ID and AD.
• Provide second-level support for engineering staff on infrastructure issues.
