Job summary

CBN STI is seeking a CloudOps Administrator (USA-based) to configure, monitor, and manage cloud instances for North American customers. You will ensure high availability, reliability, and security across Azure-based environments.

The role requires 4–7 years of system/cloud administration experience, strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers, and IaC tools. Remote work in the continental USA with on-call rotation and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of system administration, cloud computing (Azure), security best practices.
Technical knowledge of O/S Linux, Windows Server, cloud instances; virtualization, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code and automation pipelines.
Monitor system and database performance, identify issues, and optimize performance.
Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and databases from threats.
Develop and implement backup and recovery plans for 24/7 availability.
Provide technical support for systems in test and production environments.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
