Job summary

CBN STI is seeking a CloudOps Administrator (USA-based) to configure, monitor, and manage cloud instances for North American customers. You will ensure high availability, reliability, and security across Azure-based environments.

The role requires 4–7 years of system/cloud administration experience, strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers, and IaC tools. Remote work in the continental USA with on-call rotation and occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of system administration, cloud computing (Azure), security best practices.
• Technical knowledge of O/S Linux, Windows Server, cloud instances; virtualization, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain services, instance nodes, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Design, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code and automation pipelines.
• Monitor system and database performance, identify issues, and optimize performance.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and databases from threats.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery plans for 24/7 availability.
• Provide technical support for systems in test and production environments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
