This leader will drive availability, reliability, incident management, observability, automation, and operational maturity while guiding high-performing operations teams.

The role partners with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Client Engagement to ensure resilient, customer-focused service delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years in technology operations with leadership experience.
• Deep cloud expertise across Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong SRE, platform operations, and incident governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical apps.
• Drive SLO-aligned reliability strategies and incident response.
• Champion AI-driven operational excellence and self-healing.
• Define enterprise observability standards and playbooks.
• Measure availability, MTTR, change success, and impact.
• Mentor leaders and foster accountability and improvement.
