LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Director of Cloud Operations & Reliability to lead enterprise AI operational excellence for large‑scale cloud‑native platforms. You will drive availability, incident management, observability, and automation while mentoring global teams and aligning with Engineering, Product, and Security to deliver resilient, customer‑facing services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
9+ years in technology operations with at least 5+ years in people leadership.
Deep cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Strong background in SRE, incident management, and platform operations.
Hands-on with observability tools and automation; AI-driven reliability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical platforms.
Drive reliability strategies aligned to SLOs and customer outcomes.
Lead major incident responses with communications, RCA, and corrective actions.
Drive AI-driven ops, self-healing, and continuous improvement programs.
Establish enterprise observability standards and playbooks.
Track metrics: availability, MTTR, recurrence, change success, customer impact.
Coach and develop cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure.
