Qualifications

• 10 or more years in technology operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage managers and senior professionals.
• Strong foundation in cloud platforms and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical apps and platforms with high availability.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during major incidents.
• Develop and implement AI-driven operational improvements and self-healing capabilities.
• Establish observability standards and playbooks across applications and infrastructure.
• Track metrics like availability, MTTR, change success rate, and customer impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Mentor and develop operations leaders and teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
