Leidos is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Manager to lead cloud operations and service delivery for Coast Guard activities from Alexandria, VA. You will guide a high-performing team across AWS and Azure, delivering secure and reliable IT services that support critical missions.

Partner with government leadership to drive operational excellence, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize cloud services, and ensure compliance with SLAs and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or MSc with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years IT ops management experience, including 3+ years leading teams on federal contracts.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management and Agile workflows.
• Strong knowledge of FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP, RMF and related compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead cloud and IT operations across AWS, Azure, security, service desk and app support for Coast Guard workloads.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement and reliability.
• Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams aligned to mission needs.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and oversee incident response and governance practices.
