Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 6 years’ relevant experience.
• 5 years’ experience leading teams or projects.
• Active DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service management processes, including incident and problem resolution, monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
• Led a multi-discipline team of cloud engineers, network engineers, SREs, and service desk personnel to support 60+ mission apps.
• Coordinate operational planning and execution, managing staffing and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing practices, enhancing service delivery, and aligning roadmaps.
• Interact with the customer to ensure satisfaction and support business growth.
• Collaborate with IT support teams, application development, and business to align cloud services with objectives.
• Advise on Agile implementation to exceed performance and reduce costs/schedule.
• Drive change through cross-matrixed organizations.
• Communicate strategy, health, and incident plans to leadership.
• Oversee security and audits, respond to vulnerability scans, provide artifacts.
