Qualifications
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud environments.
- Proven ability to support cloud migrations and operate complex infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure operations across Azure and GCP.
- Participate in cloud migration projects and on-prem to cloud transitions.
- Provide L3 support with root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Implement ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Administer Active Directory and support identity management.
- Collaborate with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Develop automation and scripting to improve efficiency.
- Monitor performance and ensure high availability of cloud services.
