Job summary

Arka Innovate seeks a Senior Cloud Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will implement automation, support migrations, enforce security controls, and ensure high availability of enterprise platforms.

This onsite role requires hands-on cloud administration, DevOps, and security compliance expertise. The position emphasizes maintaining cloud infrastructure, modernizing deployments, and ensuring robust performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud administration experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Administration & Operations: maintain and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Infrastructure Automation: deploy and manage IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• CI/CD & DevOps Support: support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Spinnaker.
• Security & Compliance: implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: monitor health, perform root cause analyses, and support DR strategies.

Job description

Arka is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cloud administration, infrastructure automation, DevOps, security compliance, CI/CD pipeline support, and cloud operations.

This role is responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing automation, supporting migration initiatives, enforcing security controls, and ensuring high availability of enterprise platforms.

Work Schedule:100% Onsite (5 Days per Week)

Key Responsibilities

API & Backend Leadership

• Cloud Administration & Operations
• Administer and support AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Monitor cloud resources and ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage cloud networking, storage, compute, IAM, and security configurations.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Infrastructure Automation

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Maintain cloud resource inventory and governance standards.

CI/CD & DevOps Support

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Spinnaker.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release processes.
• Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Security & Compliance

• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Manage vulnerability scanning using SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, Checkmarx, and Fortify.
• Support secrets management using HashiCorp Vault and GitLeaks.
• Implement policy enforcement and compliance monitoring.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Monitor system health, logs, and cloud resources.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Support disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud administration experience.Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.Experience with cloud security and compliance practices.Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.Experience with DevSecOps tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.Experience working with globally distributed teams.
