Foundant is seeking a senior product leader to own and grow the Product Management function across its SaaS portfolio. You will lead PMs, PO managers, and product designers, shaping strategy and investing in capabilities to scale across multiple regions.
You will collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and CSO to drive portfolio-wide initiatives, partnering with engineering and GTM teams to realize value for customers worldwide.
Competenze
- 10+ years in product management and leading PM/PO/PD teams at scale.
- Experience leading PM, PO, and PD functions together within SaaS.
- Experience operating multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolios.
- MBA preferred and eligible to work in the United States.

- Lead the product management function across Foundant's portfolio of SaaS products and oversee PM/PO/PD teams.
- Build organizational capability, processes, and tooling for product management.
- Establish portfolio-level metrics, signals, and listening mechanisms.
- Shape portfolio strategy with CTO, CEO, and CSO for organic and inorganic initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive GTM and value realization.
