Responsibilities

• Build and operate platform services that let operations teams define operational scope, automate permissions, formalize service commitments, and measure operational health across AWS Regions.
• Deliver features end to end—from design and code through deployment and live-site operation—and scale them to more teams and Regions.
• Develop AI and agentic capabilities that automate routine operational response for greater scale.
• Partner with operators and service teams to turn operational data into tooling that reduces manual effort.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code and raise engineering bar through code reviews.
