Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Systems/Software Testing Engineer II for Cloud and On-Prem environments. The role focuses on end-to-end validation of security management platforms, with emphasis on automation using Python and Playwright in AWS/Kubernetes contexts.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of testing experience in cloud or virtualized setups, strong networking knowledge, and a degree in CS/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on testing experience for networking and security products.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools and Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality validation for Security Director Cloud and On-Prem.
• Design and execute functional and regression tests across cloud-native and virtualized deployments.
• Expand Python- and Playwright-based automation; investigate failures and validate fixes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and quality documentation.
