Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to oversee cloud and on‑premises technologies, creating and configuring VMs in a multi‑platform environment. The role monitors performance, troubleshoots issues, and supports RMF accreditation packages to maintain security posture.

Responsibilities include direct customer support, DISA STIG compliance, patching, and collaboration with application teams to plan upgrades. Strong AD, PowerShell, and Azure skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, CS or related field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of current systems and applications.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise supporting information system components, infrastructure integration and security requirements.
• Offer direct customer service and technical support to local and remote users via multiple channels.
• Configure IT infrastructure following best practices and DISA STIGs.
• Maintain server/system integrity and RMF accreditation packages.
• Monitor, evaluate, and safeguard information systems, networks and databases.
• Install software, updates, patches and upgrades.
• Manage ADS or Azure DevOps Server repositories.
• Mentor junior team members and train end-users.
