Job summary

Ardent is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and optimize connectivity across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments. You will maintain diagrams and docs, resolve incidents, and ensure secure bidirectional data synchronization.

The role requires 5+ years in network engineering or cloud networking, with strong routing, switching, DNS and firewall knowledge, plus experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and IT service management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in network engineering or cloud networking.
Experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS and firewalls.
Experience with AWS or Azure.
Experience monitoring network performance.
Troubleshoot connectivity across cloud and legacy systems.
Network configuration management and change control.
Knowledge of network security.
IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
Monitor and analyze network health, latency, throughput, and availability.
Maintain network diagrams, inventories, and technical documentation.
Investigate and resolve network incidents and service requests.
Support resilient and secure bidirectional connectivity and data synchronization.
Plan and support network and integration changes through change‑control procedures.
Prepare monthly hybrid integration and connectivity reporting.
