Qualifications

• Strong Linux/Unix administration knowledge including TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Fluent English for client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer problems with new investigation tools to boost productivity.
• Build knowledge of Google product tech and architectures; troubleshoot and diagnose root causes.
• Serve as consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve deployment obstacles and improve Cloud.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
• Collaborate in a global team offering 24-hour customer support; may require non-standard hours.
