Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and develop designs for new networking product ideas, process improvements, velocity, performance, and cost reductions across boundaries.
• Own quantifiable analysis and capacity forecast models for scalable, efficient Google networks and predictable user experience.
• Evaluate inefficiencies in network systems and propose designs, software, and processes to improve them.
• Own resolution for software, hardware, and other network issues in partnership with other engineering teams.
• Lead the full life cycle of a network: inception, design, qualification, deployment, operation, and optimization.
